JOB DETAILS

  • Land survey for feasibility studies: including data analysis for proceed reporting with optional to management.
  • Monitoring team to study and analyze competitor Insights in the part Project customer segment, Location, land shape, building model, Current and future trends, Net sales area of project’s, usable area of the land (GFA), Total units in project and the sales areas as a percentage compare with GFA, Average selling price/sq.m., Selling price/Unit. Including project sales value, Room size, the type of division Each type of room for sale and the total project value.
  • Analyze statistical data, research to marketing information in each area as assigned, looking for new opportunities and possibilities to develop new projects.
  • Analyze/ produce reports to support sales, marketing team and provide decision-making option for management team and CEO.
  • Analyze/summary real estate market and competitor strategy for preliminary project analysis and summarize the needs of customers including a summary of marketing data analysis for design during each project period.
  • Monitoring to research and collect information from external and internal sources presenting information, statistics to bring support according to the needs of the team.
  • Support sales and marketing to conduct a pre-full feasibility study of the project to the preparation for new real estate projects including price estimation and analysis as in the current situation to consider for lunch the project at the proper time.
  • Be the leader of the team , Co-develop team skill, with internal and external, Also can provide comprehensive consulting with design direction, construction. To ensure the construction budgets is correct, Meet the timelines and resources that has managed with the highest efficiency. From the point of view of the developer.
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to provide opinion to develop and monitoring as assigned projects with successful as well as achieve the objectives that the company goal.
  • New Business Development analysis for company expandsion opportunity in other business industrail.
  • Organize/ Manage additional assignments effectively standards of leading companies.
  • Be Coordinator and follow up work with other departments, cooperate with other parties to develop projects.
  • Work on assignments and deliver in due time.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer, Architecture, Finance, Economic with Master Degree in MRE, Finance, MBA are prefered.
  • 7-10 Years in Real estate industrail with feasibility analysis and land acquisition High & Low Rise project.
  • Fluent in Full Feasiblity and investment tracking for real estate (Other business plus is advantage)
  • Good command in English comunication.
  • Excellect in Ms.Excel, Power Point, AutoCad, Sketch up.
  • Willing to do Attitude , Moonshot thinking, Team work.
