Job Responsibilities :
- Set strategies and directions for real estate, marketing, and advertising both online and offline for responsible projects to meet the goals set.
- Plan work and carry out work Each project that is assigned will meet the set goals.
- Prepare reports, analyze sales data, campaigns, and marketing trends in order to further improve marketing strategies.
- Continuously study information on direct and indirect competitors and consumer behavior.
- Control the marketing budget for efficiency.
- Take care of the neatness of online and offline marketing media.
- Coordinate with various departments within the relevant organization in order to achieve the goals.
- Coordinate with suppliers and agencies to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare performance reports Measure operational efficiency and present guidelines for further improvement of the work.
- Perform other tasks As assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related fields.
- At least 2 years’ experience in property marketing for residential & commercial projects.
- Experience working in luxury property will be advantage.
- Leadership and organization. Strong communication and presentation skills (English), analytical and comfortable with numbers.
- A growth mindset with positive can-do attitude, detail-oriented, strong sense of ownership, and open minded.
- A team-oriented individual with a friendly personality and a positive attitude, contributing to a cohesive and dynamic work environment.
Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Excellent communication skills both English and Thai.
