Responsibilities
- Control the production process according to the production plan.
- Control the process of using production equipment and machinery in the factory.
- Manage employees in the team effectively.
- Manage production process costs
- Manage production with productivity.
- Efficiently manage products that do not specifications
- Summary of daily, weekly, monthly, annual production reports.
- Prepare quality system documents GHP &HACCP, BRC, ISO
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Food Science, Food Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of working in productions fields
- Have knowledge or experience working with quality management systems, i.e. Food safety, GHP, HACCP, FSSC22000, BRC, ISO 9001
- Be able to use SAP or other ERP programs.
