POSITON OBJECTIVE
To ensure all responsibilities associated with the Ministerial Regulation on the Provision of Safety Officers, Personnel, Units, or Groups of Persons to Perform Safety Operations in Workplaces B.E. 2565 (2022). It is imperative to appoint a safety officer at the professional level who will be responsible for fulfilling the designated duties with occupational health, safety and environment in Hylife Group.
MAIN FUNCTION
- Perform the duties of a safety officer at the professional level according to the Ministerial Regulations.
- Coordinating, supporting, training, and advising the business on all aspects with regard to occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
JOB DETAILS
- Assist the assistant safety manager in maintaining and monitoring safety policy, rules, and regulations.
- Coordinate with employees to conduct the risk assessments related to health and safety.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of the workplace to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with employees to enforce safety procedures and provide training on safe work practices.
- Monitor and control standard guidelines of occupational health, safety, and environment to meet the procedures.
- Control the emergency response plan and monitor the fire protection system in the Hylife Group Corporate Building.
- Manage the first aid system to ensure that its operation aligns with health regulations.
- Coordinate with company operation processes and all contractors to meet health and safety requirements.
- Conduct a safety patrol at the construction site and maintain records of potential hazards.
- Conduct an accident investigation, monitor the countermeasure, and provide a report to all relevant parties.
- Provide and submit the required occupational health, safety, and environment report to the government.
- Perform additional health, safety, environment and welfare responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety or related field.
- Experience at least 3 years in the construction industry.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Thai: listening, speaking, reading and writing
- Service-minded with pleasant personality to initiate new relationships.
- Knowledge in Thai legislation, OSHA and other operating procedures and standard related to ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.
