JOB DETAILS
- Present and selling products and services information to the customers.
- Responsible on sales target as from supervisor assignment.
- Accommodate on client visit schedule and arrange all visitor requests.
- Responsible for arrangement of regular meetings and communication with customers.
- Keep in touch with the customers on a regular basis to enhance and maintain the relationship.
- Advise customers on prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Participate in sales/direct marketing events to collect leads and call the prospect list derived from marketing channel both offline-online for follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal departments in order to carry smooth sales operations.
- Follow up on all documentation through to sales process and after-sales requirements.
- Other duties as assigned by Project Sales Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Marketing or related fields
- Have a good personality, good image and attitude.
- Build relationships with customers and offer products and services to customers.
- Good human relations Good communication skills
- Able to work as a team and have good team relationships
- Fluent in speaking, reading, listening, and writing English.
- COMPUTER SKILLS: Microsoft Office and CRM systems
