Job Purpose:
- Develop new products in the categories of dried fruits and vegetables, vacuum-fried, cut, frozen, and others.
- Improve products in the categories of dried fruits and vegetables, vacuum-fried, cut, frozen, and others.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform assigned tasks in developing new products with the team and report results to the team leader.
- Work collaboratively with the department team and other departments to manage work plans and the process of new product development.
- Prepare information on product development and improvement, as well as departmental documents, using Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by the supervisor and act on behalf of subordinates in their absence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science, Product Development, Food Engineering, or related fields
- Welcoming fresh graduates; work experience in the food manufacturing sector is a plus
- Teamwork ability, creativity, enthusiasm for learning new things, and ability to work under pressure
