Job Purpose:
- This role has to work closely with manufacturing team as a quality control team to coordinate and monitor quality assurance program designed to ensure continuous production of fruit product
Job Responsibilities
- Supervises the execution of in-line QC inspector, analysis, sensory evaluation to ensure conformance of product to Standard and monitoring device/equipment check and calibration
- Supervises the implementation of quality management systems, i.e. Food safety, GHP, HACCP, FSSC22000, BRC, ISO 9001
- Supervises the monitoring and maintenance of process parameter.
- Supervises the control of non-conforming product.
- Manage quality control Program for incoming, in-process, and finished goods inspection
- Supervise QC technicians engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products.
Qualifications
- Thai nationality Male/Female
- Bachelor degree or higher in Food Science or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in food product control and assurance, preferably in processed fruit such as dehydrated fruit, dried fruit, freeze dried fruit and functional beverage product is a plus
- Have knowledge or experience working with quality management systems, i.e. Food safety, GHP, HACCP, FSSC22000, BRC, ISO 9001
- Food Laboratory analysis skill
- Positive thinking
- Willing to accept and deal with challenges and is able to work under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written English
