Position Objective
Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure. This role provides an excellent opportunity to grow technical expertise while supporting critical business operations.
Main Function
- Provide first and second-level support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and deployment of servers, workstations, and other IT systems.
Job Details
- Prepare and configure new user accounts, hardware, and software.
- Support regarding IT Assets, Service Contracts, IT, Purchasing, Information filing
- Conduct regular training sessions for employees on IT best practices.
- Implement security measures to protect system data.
- Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
Qualifications
- Male, age 23-35 years
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in IT support or system engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or a related field
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
- Knowledge of computers maintenance and related IT equipment.
- Knowledge of networking concepts (e.g., DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
- Understanding system security and data backup processes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
