Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from requisition to onboarding.
- Source and engage high-potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, headhunting, internal referrals, etc.).
- Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments.
- Partner with hiring managers to align hiring strategies with business needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as a key liaison with department heads in Real Estate, Asset Management and Manufacturing units.
- Advise on market trends, hiring best practices and workforce planning.
- Employer Branding & Talent Marketing.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract quality candidates across all industries under the group.
- Participate in job fairs, university collaborations and other networking events.
- Process Improvement & Compliance
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, metrics and tools for efficiency and candidate experience
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Track and report recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source of hire, etc.).
- Provide regular recruitment status updates and analysis to Senior HR Manager and management teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a group or holding company environment.
- Experience in recruiting for Real Estate, Asset Management or Manufacturing industries is a strong advantage.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS is preferred.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
