TH Job Purpose:
- This role responsible for an accountable Utility Supervisor to be responsible for all Utility system, HVAC , WWTP,WTP such as the structure
building as well coordinators with contractor and schedule preventive maintenance service program of all the technical activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop plans, implement, and maintain the effective Utility operation and Maintenance program.
- Support maintenance the preventive maintenance plan for weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis and coordinate with machine maker or supplier for overhauling schedule.
- Preventive & Corrective maintenance in Utilities machines and serve to production with good efficient.
- Operation management in Utilities equipment supplies to production lines without shortage such as High voltage supply, Boiler, (Such as air compressor, water treatment, waste water treatment, etc. related fields.)
- Support utilities team and provide solution, analysis and troubleshooting for machines equipment to keep machines are running 24/7.
- Plan and Created standard of the Energy saving projects and summarizing annual energy reports.
- Follow Safety Procedure and monitoring process to ensure that machine and equipment without Safety Issue.
Qualifications
- Thai nationality (Male) at least 25-35 years with minimum Diploma level or bachelor’s degree or advanced in Mechanical, Electrical Engineer, or related to Engineering field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in food or beverage manufacturing operations.
- Understanding of fundamental of equipment, knowledge of problem solving and preventive/corrective maintenance concept.
- Utilities and Facility technical knowledge in Principle of Engineering and familiar with production planning and PM required.
- Good understanding of Medium Voltage, Steam Boiler, Air compressor, Solar energy, etc.
- Good understanding of Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Spare Part Management.
- Good Computer skills are also necessary to work with software SAP1
