TH Overview:
- This role is responsible for supporting the maintenance of electrical systems and operational units by maintaining safe working systems and operations using proper tools, procedures, and safety systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Inspect and maintain electrical systems, transformers, power distribution panels, instruments, and control systems for industrial equipment and power supply.
- Inspect electrical systems and troubleshoot equipment and product defects in collaboration with a cross-functional team on each shift.
- Conduct technical training for continuous improvement for the electrical team and members of the cross-functional team.
- Manage contractors with a focus on safety, scheduling, costs, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Demonstrate problem-solving, teamwork, planning, work control, and analytical skills.
- Adhere to company policies, rules, and regulations and participate in and support the improvement of safety practices.
Qualifications:
- Thai nationality (male), aged 25-30 years, with a minimum education level of a high vocational certificate (High Vocational Certificate or equivalent) in electrical, instrumentation, or related fields.
- Over 3-5 years of combined experience in maintaining electrical systems, control systems, and PLC systems.
- Experience in the food production process and process knowledge will be considered an advantage.
- Basic computer skills.
- Willing to work in a 24-hour shift system (day and night shifts).
