Job Responsibilities :
- Collect and analyze data related to construction development such as pre-qualification vendor, construction cost, material cost, etc.
- Monitor, analyze and recommend of material cost and equipment price for any significant changes.
- Check and develop vendor and supplier credit report.
- Check invoice and document before final payment and co-ordinate with internal project and construction management if necessary.
- Monitor and keep records of payment activities.
- Create monthly payment reports and payment issues (if any) to management.
- Assist to develop payment process flow for ensuring payment process on time.
- Assist to prepare reports, memorandum for approval related to the construction approval, payment approval, etc.
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to calculate project costs.
- Measure and take off quantities for architectural, structural and M&E work elements.
- Planning, tracking, costing and budgeting system construction.
- Check the cost of the project compared to the market. Supervise the preparation of bidding documents conditional statement And control overall costs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Civil Engineer or related flied.
- Minimum 5 years’ proven experiences in analyst and budget monitoring.
- Proven experience as a cost analyst, cost specialist or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Good communication skills with ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally.
- Good Microsoft skill especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Results orientated and organized with the ability to deliver against deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy of number are necessary.
- Good communication in English language.
