Hylife Group partners with CAMT Chiang Mai University to develop digital skills and advance IT talent for the modern workforce.
Hylife Group, a leading property development, management, and industrial construction company in Thailand, has signed an MoU with the College of Arts, Media, and Technology (CAMT), Chiang Mai University, to advance IT human resources. The partnership introduces the Digital Industry Integration (DII) course, designed to equip students with the skills needed in the digital era. As part of this initiative, Hylife Group has provided supporting funds totaling 1,230,000 baht, enabling research collaboration, curriculum development, and societal impact projects with sustainability in focus.
Led by Shubhodeep Das, Founder and Group CEO of Hylife Group, alongside Dhanush Ramachandran Nair, Deputy Group CEO, and Watcharaphon Lin, Executive Director, the MoU was signed with Worawit Janchai, Dean of CAMT, and witnessed by honored guests, academic staff, and industry professionals.
Shubhodeep Das, CEO of Hylife Group, shared: “This partnership strengthens the capacity of platform developers through the DII course while enabling digital skills development and research collaboration. Digital human resource development is a priority for us, and we are committed to long-term support through scholarships and research funding.”
He further added, “This collaboration offers students practical experiences, including experimental spaces and internship programs, advancing the digital industry and economy in Chiang Mai and supporting national growth.”
Worawit Janchai, Dean of CAMT, highlighted the significance of the collaboration, stating, “This partnership enhances curriculum strengths, real-world skill development, and hands-on experience for students, preparing them for career advancement. Our next steps include training, collaborative research, and staff exchange programs with Hylife Group to align academic offerings with industry needs.”
The DII course is tailored for students with a strong IT background or interest in digital technologies, covering areas such as digital business management, IT development, and data analytics. By bridging academic and industry expertise, the program prepares students to meet the demands of the evolving digital landscape.
