Job Summary:
The Brand Marketing Supervisor/Manager at Dr.Hygiene Medical Products is responsible for leading the brand strategy and driving initiatives that enhance brand equity, visibility, and market position. This role focuses on developing and executing marketing campaigns that communicate the value and uniqueness of products, ensuring that the brand remains at the forefront of the healthcare industry. The Brand Marketing Supervisor/Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring the brand vision to life through innovative marketing strategies, driving consumer engagement, and achieving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy Development and Implementation
- Define and implement a comprehensive brand marketing strategy that aligns with Company mission and business goals.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to develop brand positioning and messaging that differentiate products.
- Campaign Planning and Execution

- Plan, coordinate, and manage brand campaigns across various channels to boost brand awareness and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce creative content that resonates with target audiences and strengthens brand identity.
- Performance Analysis and Optimization
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using insights to optimize future initiatives and improve brand engagement.
- Prepare reports and present findings to leadership, highlighting key insights and recommendations for brand strategy adjustments.
- Brand Consistency and Guidelines
- Maintain brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications by ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Act as the brand ambassador, overseeing adherence to brand guidelines, messaging, and visuals across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Collaboration and Team Leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop brand marketing plans, ensuring alignment with product launches and promotional strategies.
- Guide, mentor, and support junior team members in achieving brand goals and meeting project timelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in healthcare, medical, or consumer health products.
- Proven track record in successfully managing brand marketing campaigns and driving brand growth.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer insights, and market positioning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English.

Working Conditions:
