Hylife Development Co., Ltd., part of the Hylife Group, led by Mr. Dhanush Ramachandran Nair, Deputy Group CEO, along with the executive team, received a prestigious global award at the FIABCI – Thai Prix D’ Excellence Awards 2024. The company entered the Hytown Mae Hia project into the competition and won the “Excellence in Property Award” for the Low-Rise Residential category.

This award honors outstanding achievements in the international real estate sector. The award ceremony took place on the 30th of August 2024 at the Amari Watergate Hotel, Bangkok. The ceremony was presided over by Major General Pisit Phipatwilai, Advisor to the Minister of Commerce, and Mr. Farook Mahmood, Past President of FIABCI International, with Dr. Sopon Pornchokchai, President of FIABCI-Thai, serving as a witness.

Hylife Developments Co., Ltd. participated in the event by setting up a booth to showcase their project in the morning and attended the awards ceremony in the evening.
